1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A valid purchase receipt or invoice is provided.
- The product is not listed under non-returnable items (e.g., software, digital products, or items with hygiene concerns).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos). We will arrange a replacement or repair depending on the warranty terms.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible products of equal value, subject to stock availability.

- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
- Special order items or clearance products
6. Delivery Costs
